I reside in the Strategic Organization Design Unit at the Department of Marketing and Management.

My research interests include strategy, organization design, and organization theory. I work mostly on empirical studies of these topics. My current research exploits Danish micro-level matched employer-employee data where I use panel data methods to analyze the impacts of human resources on firm performance. My recent work includes studies of how the distribution of firm-specific human capital and worker skill affects productivity, and how employee turnover affects productivity. That work combines labor economics, strategy, and organization theory using high powered econometric methods.
